I'm Gary and this lovely lady standing next to me is my wife Roseann . We are the owners of Campbell Cove RV Resort in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to visit our web site and learn more about us. We hope to meet and greet you as visitors and guests soon.

Gary and Roseann Hagen - RV Resort Owners

We have lived here in Lake Havasu City since 1997. We have two great children (both grown) and three grandchildren.

I (Gary) love the great outdoors: four wheeling, camping and fishing. My wife Roseann has been an elementary school teacher in Lake Havasu for the past 13 years. She is passionate about teaching children to read.

We have been looking forward to owning an RV park for many years and feel fortunate to have gained a new friendship with Leif and Lillian Nielsen and are thrilled to be the new owners of Campbell Cove RV Resort. We plan to take good care of her and our guests and continue the work established by the founders Leif and Lillian Nielsen.

Some of The Best Views in Lake Havasu

Well, for one, Campbell Cove RV Resort is perched on top of a hill just across the street from the lake, providing our guests with some of the most beautiful panoramic lake and sunset views in Lake Havasu.

When we decided to establish an RV Park in Lake Havasu, one of our top priorities was to find the IDEAL SPOT for Scenic Lake Views. We think we more than accomplished this but don't take our word for it, have a look and decide for yourself. You will find numerous photographs of our park and our scenic views on this web site. Or better still, pack up the RV and come on out and visit us for awhile.

Our Ideal location

We are Centrally and Conveniently Located...

Our RV park is right in the middle of town next to the lake on a hill. This puts us close to just about everything people come to Lake Havasu for. In fact, many Lake Havasu Events are within walking distance. We are also right next door to full boat service and a 300 unit boat storage facility. There are three boat rental places within walking distance to us.

We have full amenities and are adjacent to the Campbell Cove 1 Stop Deli and Convenience Store. The store is fully equipped with a gas station (Diesel and Boat Racing Fuels too), laundromat, fresh made to order deli, ATM, propane and most of the day to day things that help make RV living more comfortable and convenient.

All Lake Havasu special events are just a hop, skip and a jump away and many are within walking distance. Lake Havasu has numerous special events going on year around. If you enjoy boating and/or fishing, we are just a two minute drive from the Windsor Beach Public Boat Launch Ramp Facility and there are four Lake Havasu golf courses. One is just down the road from us.

We are Centrally and Conveniently Located near everything people come to Lake Havasu for. Special Events, Boating, Fishing, Golfing, dining or just plain Relaxing.

We have two types of RV camp sites

All sites have access to power, water, sewer and cable TV, Wifi and cable internet. We pay the water, garbage pickup, sewer disposal and cable TV bills. All RV sites are metered and you pay for your electricity consumption. You also pay for your wifi and/or cable internet access service if you choose to use it.

1. Deluxe lake View RV Sites:

These sites provide guests with a birds eye panoramic view of the lake that is absolutely beautiful. (see image below)

2. Standard RV Sites:

These sites are lower priced because they may or may not provide a "partial lake view" from within the RV depending on how full the RV park is at the time of your stay.

Even the best lake and sunset views are just a few steps from any of our RV sites.
We have created special scenic areas that include picnic tables, barbeque grills, and a fire pit where guests can relax, socialize, eat, and enjoy the view.

Take the 95 into Lake Havasu and turn west (towards the lake) on Industrial Blvd.
