Annual events such as the Skat-Trak World Championships (the culmination of the professional personal watercraft tour), the Relics and Rods Run to the Sun (a pre-1960 specialty street rod car show), and the Winter-blast Western Pyrotechnics Convention and Fireworks Show attract avid audiences.
Plus many other local and regional events. There is ALWAYS something to do in Havasu so come on over!
Something Cool to See or Do
is Always Happening in Lake Havasu!
The balloons in the recent hot air Balloon event were launching so close to us that many of our guests simply took their chairs and cameras outside their RVs, enjoyed the show and took pictures (as yoiu can see in the photo above).
Our RV park is convieniantly located. Most Lake Havasu events are just a few minutes drive, and some are so close that you can actually walk to them.

The Famous London Bridge is in Lake Havasu City Arizona
Many people travel to Lake Havasu to visit the city’s most popular man-made attraction - the world-famous London Bridge. Purchased for $2,460,000 by city founder Robert McCulloch, the famous span of England’s River Thames was relocated to its Lake Havasu home in 1971, block by sequentially numbered block.
Each October, Lake Havasu City celebrates the arrival of the world’s largest antique during London Bridge Days, an annual celebration featuring High Tea with the “Queen,” music concerts under the bridge and a grand parade. For those still wondering, yes it really is the actual London Bridge (pictured below) – replete with pocks left by a Nazi strafing run during WWII.
Note of special interest: Some people comment that the bridge appears to be smaller than they expected. Well, they are correct. What you see above is actually only 1/3rd of the original bridge. The other 2/3rds are in storage for safekeeping.
