SPEED LIMIT: 10 MPH
VEHICLES: Vehicles and watercraft must fit on your space. No personal vehicle washing. Commercial vehicle and RV washing services are available!
CHECK IN: 1:00 PM
CHECK OUT: 12:00 NOON
RV REQUIREMENTS: All RV's must be RVIA approved, self contained units. It is highly recommended that you use the water-pressure regulators.
QUIET HOURS: 10 PM to 7 AM Excessive noise during daytime hours is prohibited-be kind to your neighbors.
SWIMMING POOL: No glass containers permitted. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult: (Will Be Open In Late Spring Of 2008)
REST ROOM AND SHOWERS: OPEN 24 HOURS a DAY
CLUBHOUSE: Pool table and darts are for adults only. Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult while in the clubhouse.
NON-SMOKING: All buildings are non-smoking.
TRASH: Please use plastic bags with ties and place all trash in the trash compactor near the resort entrance.
SEWER CONNECTIONS: All sewer connections must be sealed per Mohave County Health Department regulations.
PROPANE: Is on site. See office for details, gas is nearby.
SKATEBOARDS & SCOOTERS: Prohibited in the resort.
SIGNS: No signs or advertising allowed in the resort without management approval.
USE OF FACILITIES: Management reserves the right to restrict the use of the clubhouse or any other facility as to hours, purpose and conduct.
LIABILITIES: All facilities are used at your own risk. The equipment, apparatus and facilities are furnished solely for the convenience of registered guests only. All other persons using the
same, do so at their own risk. The management and owners will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property by theft, wind or act of God.

- Pets Are Not Allowed In The Horseshoe Pits Or Game Areas
- You Must Clean Up After Your Pets In The Resort And Surrounding Areas
- Pet Charge $1.00 Per Day or $6.00 Per Week
- Aggressive Breeds Not Allowed

- Rottweiler
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY POLICIES, RULES AND GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN YOUR LEAVING THE RESORT WITHOUT ANY REFUND AND FUTURE RESERVATIONS WILL BE CANCELED
